Always had ‘take up yoga’ on your New Year resolution list but didn’t know where to start? This class will ease you in, and show you some simple ways you can fit yoga into your lifestyle. You don’t even have to be flexible!
Kathy will guide you through simple moves (poses) which will benefit your posture, strengthen your core and help you shut out the busy world. By the end of the class you should have a sense of what you like/don’t like, and know what to do next, if you want to continue with yoga.
Kathy honed her yoga skills from masters in Bali after more than ten years of performing yoga in Australia and abroad.
