Dipping your toe into the world of meditation can be as confusing as studying nutrition and picking the ideal diet; so many types, claimed benefits, and proponents for every which way. This class will help you decide if you want to start, and what to try first up.
Corrie will give a practical and simple breakdown of what meditation really is, the different styles and benefits, and the questions that’ll help you find out what’s for you. Then together we’ll try a 15 min group meditation.
Corrie has been practising meditation for over 8 years, starting after being burnt out from the corporate world. Initially paying over $1000 for a mediation course, she has since learnt a number of different meditation styles and now is a yogi teacher and holistic health coach.
