The class will be an introduction to Tapping. You will be shown the Tapping methodology, tapping points, and understand when and how to use Tapping to improve your daily life!
Joanna Turner is a Holistic Health & Life coach, Advanced EFT Practitioner & NLP Practitioner.
She discovered a passion for health and wellness through her own struggles with weight, food intolerances, stress, leaky gut, fatigue, digestive and thyroid issues. She hit rock bottom when her weight hit over 103kgs and she was faced with a choice; give up and be obese forever or chose life and figure out how to change it.
Joanna uses a combination of health coaching and NLP with Tapping, and hasn’t eaten chocolate since she started tapping – so knows it’s powerful!!
