Andrea (pastry cook and chocolatier) and Laszlo Simko are the creators of Simko Solutions, a family owned and run chocolate manufacturing workshop, established in 2011. Every single chocolate bar is hand made, paying special attention to create not only flavorful, but also aesthetically enthralling delicacies. In the past four years 7 of their products won 12 awards across Australia. Their company has been cooperating with the National Wine Centre.
