What do we need to do to remain productive, feel contentment and at the same time manage the vicissitudes of life and continue to dream? In this presentation Redfern-based psychotherapist Brad McLean will explore current thinking about how to maintain our sanity by promoting self regulation and reflection skills, enhancing brain plasticity and by appreciating the role our personal narratives and relationships play in our lives.
Brad is a Redfern-based psychotherapist and relationship counsellor with a busy private practice. He works with individuals and couples facing a range of emotional, psychological and relationship issues and he also coaches executives and middle managers. With qualifications in psychotherapy, nursing, and journalism and he has work in the health and health communications field for over 20 years.
