No need to come in your running gear. There'll be some practical demos, and a bit of moving about, but it won't be a full workout.
Running: some love it, some hate it but do it anyway, and the majority are doing it wrong (or at least a little funky). Learn about the basics of running, how to do it right, and become a stronger, better, more efficient runner.
The foundations of normal efficient running, what goes wrong, what makes you prone to injury, how to be aware of your movement and identify if you have a problem, and exercises to fix your form. There’ll be plenty of time for questions, and for heated debate between any barefoot and/or heeled zealots.
