What will we cover ?
You will learn about one of the most popular street foods in India called Chaat (savoury vegetarian snacks) through a fun cooking demonstration. You will be taken through the different spices and ingredients and how they are used, where to find them and how to create complex flavours with minimal effort. The class will conclude with a mouthwatering food tasting.
Who will be teaching?
An ardent traveler and lover of good food, Benita knows her dishes. From Continental to Indian, she has been entertaining family and friends for more than a decade with her culinary delights, juggling corporate offices and social responsibility projects. Her love of spices also extends to alternate therapies like Ayurveda, aromatherapy, organic and natural beauty care products. Having learnt how to prepare traditional Indian home cooked food from her mum and grandmother, in her free time she shares the wonderful flavours of India with family and friends.
