Where exactly do fermented/ probiotic foods fit in.
Together we will make:
– Kvass, a delicious probiotic drink, commonly made with beetroot,
– fermented tomato ketchup and a spicy salsa, perfect to serve alongside BBQ’d meats and
– homemade probiotic sodas using water Kefir.
We’ll talk about salt, using a starter, where does whey fit in and where things can go wrong.
There will be samples to taste during the class, plus the ferments above to take home with you.
